Teoria care urmeaz\u0103 este doar o compila\u021bie \u0219i o explica\u021bie de bun sim\u021b. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Din nefericire mi se pare c\u0103 mul\u021bi dintre speciali\u0219tii men\u021biona\u021bi complic\u0103 extrem de mult problema \u0219i confuzeaz\u0103 omul de r\u00e2nd. Disocierea alimentelor, ocolitul alimentului X sau Y, s\u0103 evit\u0103m &#8220;chemicalele&#8221;, sau s\u0103 m\u00e2nc\u0103m doar c\u00e2nd e lun\u0103 plin\u0103, de parc-am fi v\u00e2rcolaci. Nu spun c\u0103 unele teorii nu au merit dar cele mai mult sunt inutile pentru omu\u0219teanul de r\u00e2nd care e obez \u0219i \u021binte\u0219te s\u0103 fie doar gras.  Acest individ nu are nevoie de &#8220;fine-tunning&#8221;, cum au nevoie sportivii de performan\u021b\u0103. Mi s-a povestit c\u0103 anumi\u021bi nutri\u021bioni\u0219ti din Ro (cei cu diplome serioase; \u00een A de Nord e invers &#8211; &#8220;dieteticienii&#8221; sunt cei cu diplom\u0103), se lanseaz\u0103 \u00een asemenea teorii care fanteziste, care prea evoluate, f\u0103r\u0103 ca m\u0103car s\u0103 men\u021bioneze num\u0103rul de calorii potrivit pentru pacientul\/a lor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rezolvarea oric\u0103rei probleme complexe \u00eencepe cu ABC-ul. Asta e strategia mea. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MATEMATIC\u0102<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dintre miriada de teorii ale sl\u0103bitului, un segment pe care cineva-l descria ca &#8220;<em>singura industrie care face profit prin e\u0219ec<\/em>&#8220;, cea matematic\u0103 e cea mai logic\u0103. Da, \u0219tiu c\u0103 pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 subiectul care v\u0103 enerveaz\u0103 &#8211; sl\u0103bitul &#8211; v\u0103 arunc \u0219i alt subiect enervant, matematica, dar dac\u0103 tot ne stric\u0103m ziua, ce mai conteaz\u0103 c\u0103 ne-o stric\u0103m cu 2 materii?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Exist\u0103 <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.calculator.net\/calorie-calculator.html#\" target=\"_blank\">calculatoare pe internet <\/a> (sau <a href=\"https:\/\/www.csid.ro\/calculator-calorii\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">acesta<\/a>, \u00een rom\u00e2ne\u0219te) care v\u0103 vor spune c\u00e2te calorii sunt recomandate pentru v\u00e2rsta, greutatea \u0219i stilul de via\u021b\u0103. Dac\u0103 avem voie, s\u0103 zicem 2200 calorii pe zi, ca s\u0103 sl\u0103bim 1 kg pe s\u0103pt\u0103m\u00e2n\u0103, trebuie s\u0103 ne men\u021binem \u00een doar 1100 calorii\/zi. Pentru femei e \u0219i mai drastic &#8211; o femeie de aceea\u0219i v\u00e2rst\u0103\/greutate, are \u00eendeob\u0219te nevoie de mai pu\u021bine calorii. Cu alte cuvinte, ar fi fost mai c\u00e2\u0219tigat\u0103 dac\u0103 nu s-ar fi dus la sal\u0103 \u0219i n-ar fi consumat acele 2 ciocol\u0103\u021bele. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A\u0219a c\u0103 ave\u021bi grij\u0103 cu &#8220;auto-premierile&#8221; pentru c\u0103 e foarte posibil ca acestea s\u0103 anuleze orice c\u00e2\u0219tig. V\u0103d mereu oameni dolofani care fac 1-2 km prin cartier \u0219i apoi se opresc la Dairy Queen \u0219i se premiaz\u0103 cu o \u00eenghe\u021bat\u0103.
