Cartea a fist urmat\u0103 de &#8220;<em><strong>Strategia Socialist\u0103: Unde mergem mai departe<\/strong><\/em>?&#8221; \u0219i re-afirm\u0103 c\u0103 lupta politic\u0103 pentru distrugerea capitalismului trebuie s\u0103 implice alte grupuri. Autorii propun nici mai mult nici mai pu\u021bin dec\u00e2t \u00eenrolarea \u00een mi\u0219carea socialist\u0103 a unor grupuri de margine cu interese diverse: urban, ecologic, anti-autoritar, anti-institu\u021bional, feminist, anti-racist, etnic, regional sau de minoritate sexual\u0103. Socialismul are nevoie de aceast\u0103 nou\u0103 energie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00centr-un articol din Marxismul Ast\u0103zi, Laclau \u0219i Mouffe devin \u0219i mai explici\u021bi:<br>&#8220;<em>Inamicul este definit nu prin func\u021bia de exploatare, ci din faptul c\u0103 de\u021bine o anumit\u0103 putere. Aceast\u0103 putere, de asemeni, nu deriv\u0103 dintr-un loc \u00eentr-o rela\u021bie de produc\u021bie, ci din rezultatele formei de organizare a societ\u0103\u021bii actuale.
