Dac\u0103 nu o face, nu e om, e molusc\u0103.\u00a0M\u0103rturisesc c\u0103, dup\u0103 6 ani de condus Hyundai-ul meu Sonata, despre care \u0219tiam c\u0103 e GDI &#8211; Gasoline Direct Injection &#8211; nu aveam\u00a0idei dec\u00e2t despre beneficiile acestui tip de motor \u0219i nici o idee despre problemele aferente.<\/p>\n<p>Nu vreau s\u0103 v\u0103 plictisesc a\u0219a c\u0103, pe scurt, <strong>iat\u0103 diferen\u021ba<\/strong> fa\u021b\u0103 de motoarele cu injec\u021bie prin port (cele mai vechi, ante-2005\/2007) \u0219i cele GDI: <strong>cele prin port f\u0103ceau amestecul de benzin\u0103 \u0219i aer \u00eenainte de camera de combustie (cilindru) iar GDI o face direct \u00een cilindru<\/strong>. Avantajele sunt masive &#8211; motorul are putere mai mare \u0219i consum\u0103 mai pu\u021bin. Ca s\u0103 m\u0103 refer la Hyundai-ul meu (pt c\u0103-l cunosc, nu pt c-ar fi cea mai cea), este impresionant ca un motor de 2.4L s\u0103 genereze 198CP, cu un consum combinat de 8.5-9L\/100km (cam at\u00e2t lua Dacia mea 1410, cu cei 67CP ai ei).<!--more--><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_854\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-854\" style=\"width: 300px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.2link.ca\/newblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/gasoline_direct_injection_buick36v6.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-854 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/www.2link.ca\/newblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/gasoline_direct_injection_buick36v6-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.2link.ca\/newblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/gasoline_direct_injection_buick36v6-300x225.jpg 300w, http:\/\/www.2link.ca\/newblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/gasoline_direct_injection_buick36v6.jpg 648w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-854\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Se observ\u0103 c\u0103 benzina este introdus\u0103 SUB supapa de admisie, deci nu are cum s-o cure\u021be.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Dar, exist\u0103 (\u0219i ar fi trebuit s\u0103 realizez asta mai devreme) \u0219i dezavantaje. Dac\u0103 \u00een cazurile vechi benzina, mai ales cea superioar\u0103, cu aditivi \u0219i detergen\u021bi de cur\u0103\u021bare, cur\u0103\u021ba supapele de admisie, acum benzina e injectat\u0103 direct \u00een cilindru. Prin partea superioar\u0103 intr\u0103 doar aer <strong>dar \u0219i ulei<\/strong> (voi explica mai jos, c\u00e2nd ajung la oil catch can\/cutie de condensare a uleiului). Acest ulei arde \u0219i se depune pe valve \u0219i, dup\u0103 cum se vede \u00een poz\u0103, benzina nu mai are cum s\u0103 cure\u021be supapa.<\/p>\n<p>A\u0219a c\u0103 uleiul ars, \u00een timp se depune \u0219i conduce la probleme majore sau, ca minim, la diminuarea puterii \u0219i m\u0103rirea consumului. Unele ma\u0219ini sufer\u0103 mai mult, altele mai pu\u021bin dar\u00a0toate vor suferi degradare.\u00a0Citi\u021bi <a href=\"http:\/\/www.autoguide.com\/auto-news\/2015\/01\/is-carbon-buildup-a-problem-with-direct-injection-engines-.html\">acest articol <\/a>\u0219i ve\u021bi vedea c\u0103 1 din 6 VW\/Audi cu motor 2.0T (extrem de r\u0103sp\u00e2ndite \u00een A de Nord) sufer\u0103\u00a0de probleme din cauza depozitelor de calamin\u0103 pe\u00a0supape. Motoarele TURBO GDI au probleme \u00eenc\u0103 \u0219i mai mari &#8211; \u0219i acest tip de motor e o solu\u021bie din ce \u00een ce mai folosit\u0103 \u00een ma\u0219inile moderne.<\/p>\n<p>Solu\u021bia \u00eempotriva depozitelor este ca, o dat\u0103 pe an (25,000km), s\u0103 injecta\u021bi \u00een\u00a0admisia de aer (dup\u0103 Mass Airflow Sensor &#8211; MAS, ca s\u0103 nu existe probleme) un cur\u0103\u021b\u0103tor de valve. Eu am folosit acest produs &#8211; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.canadiantire.ca\/en\/pdp\/crc-intake-valve-cleaner-spray-gasoline-direct-injection-312-g-0388077p.html\">CRC Intake Valve Cleaner<\/a>. Iat\u0103 un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=siRwcnj8-OE\">video generic CRC despre cum se aplic\u0103 <\/a>dar e posibil s\u0103 g\u0103si\u021bi unul specific\u00a0ma\u0219inii dumneavoastr\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Deoarece am ignorat s\u0103 fac aceasta ani buni (ma\u0219ina are peste 125 000 km), am f\u0103cut-o de 2 ori. Conceptul este simplu: acest detergent se injecteaz\u0103 \u00een admisia de aer cu motorul u\u0219or turat (cam 2x tura\u021bia de ralenti uzual\u0103 &#8211; la mine \u00eenseamn\u0103 1500 rpm), c\u00e2te 30 secunde, pauz\u0103 \u0219i tot a\u0219a p\u00e2n\u0103 la terminarea tubului. Apoi ma\u0219ina se tureaz\u0103 la 2500-3000, de 2-3 ori, se las\u0103 s\u0103 mearg\u0103 la ralenti vreme de 2-3 min \u0219i se \u00eenchide motorul. Se las\u0103 min 1h ca substan\u021ba s\u0103 lucreze. Apoi se ia ma\u0219ina la un drum cu viteze de autostrad\u0103 (100-110 kmph) vreme de 10 min.<\/p>\n<p>PREVEN\u021aIA<\/p>\n<p><strong>De ce\u00a0se depune mizerie pe valve dac\u0103 acestea primesc doar aer<\/strong>? Unul din motivele principale este acela c\u0103 aerul din motor este recirculat. Motoarele GDI \u0219i cele turbo GDI genereaz\u0103 presiuni \u00een camera de combustie de 2000 psi vs 60 psi (c\u00e2t generau motoarele cu injec\u021bie prin port). \u00cen aceste condi\u021bii, o parte a amestecului va sc\u0103pa \u0219i va ajunge \u00een baia de ulei. De acolo e l\u0103sat\u0103 s\u0103 scape prin supapa PCV (<em>Positive Crankcase Ventilation<\/em>) \u0219i aceasta redirec\u021bioneaz\u0103 aerul \u00een admisie. Pur \u0219i simplu permite condensarea\u00a0aburilor de ulei. C\u00e2t de mult? Privi\u021bi <a href=\"http:\/\/forums.turbobricks.com\/showthread.php?t=59254\">pe acest forum <\/a>ce a adunat un om cu motor turbo \u00een 6 luni. E o solu\u021bie ieftin\u0103 mai ales c\u00e2nd o compar\u0103m cu pre\u021bul repara\u021biilor (sau al combustibilului). O\u00a0asemenea cutie \u0219i restul lucrurilor necesare pot fi achizi\u021bionate cu sub 100$ (eu am dat cca 120 CAD = 360 lei). Sunt mul\u021bi cei ce produc aceste cutii. Cel mai consacrat produc\u0103tor este Mishimito (a mea nu este de acest productor). Iat\u0103 <a href=\"https:\/\/torquepost.com\/2013\/05\/11\/oil-catch-cans-what-you-should-know-how-to-buy-choose-build\/\"><strong>un articol<\/strong> <\/a>care v\u0103 poate ajuta s\u0103 cump\u0103ra\u021bi ce v\u0103 trebuie.<\/p>\n<p>Iat\u0103 ce am f\u0103cut:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Am preg\u0103tit un suport, am \u00eensurubat conductele \u0219i am ad\u0103ugat un burete de metal \u00een cutie (ajut\u0103 la condensare). Se observ\u0103, \u00een partea de sus, circuitul prin care aerul intr\u0103 (dinspre baia de ulei) \u0219i iese (spre PCV). De la\u00a0ie\u0219ire, conect\u0103m o conduct\u0103 la PCV &#8211; oil catch can a venit cu un tub dar\u00a0nu mi-a inspirat \u00eencredere a\u0219a c-am folosit\u00a0o conduct\u0103 pentru ma\u0219in\u0103.
